At Norvic International, we prioritize the protection and security of your corporate data, proprietary technical drawings, and business coordinates. This privacy document details how we process credentials and specifications submitted through our Request for Quotation (RFQ) portal.
To compile precise technical quotes, we require business coordinates including your Name, Company Name, Destination Country, active Corporate Email address, and Phone number. We also collect physical conveyor dimensions (lengths, widths, plies, material weight loads, operating temperature limits) and uploaded CAD drawings/datasheet attachments.
Proprietary engineering blueprints or mechanical drawings submitted through our portal are treated as strictly confidential. They are processed on secure servers solely by our engineering and dispatch desks to verify compound tolerances and splice limits, and are never disclosed to third parties.
B2B lead records are stored inside secure database centers protected by industry-standard firewalls and SSL encryption protocols. We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill quoting agreements or ongoing procurement contracts.
You may request access to, correction of, or immediate deletion of your corporate lead records from our sales logs at any time by contacting privacy@info@norvicinternational.com.
